How to unlock the Demolition Man achievement in Rage - Definitive Guide

No need to boost this or grind it- If you're planning to win all the races, a good portion of them are Rocket Races and Rocket Ralleys. Any kills you get in them count toward this achievement, so you'll definitely get this achievement if you are going for the 'Win all Races' achievement.

The cumulative achievements appear to retain progress even if you reload a previous save. smile

Blow up ALL the things!

This achievement is cumulative through singleplayer and multiplayer.

Assuming you do not boost away from the majority of enemy vehicle encounters, you should receive this achievement before the end of the campaign without too much extra effort.

Just a couple of extra helpful tips: Make sure your rockets are locked on before you fire. Also make sure you stock up on rockets/pulse/machine gun bullets before you leave town. Every vendor sells vehicle ammo.

And make sure you talk to Sally at the Second Chance Bar in Wellspring or Brick at the Fez Bar in Subway Town. They'll give you 10 bucks and one race certificate for every bandit vehicle you destroy in the Campaign as part of their ongoing side quest.

As a side note, this popped for me and the statistic page says that I've only destroyed 94 vehicles and no other stat tracked on there equals 6. So something else, like maybe ramming those machine gun towers can also add to this total.

This should unlock naturally as you progress through the game. Simply destroy enemy cars you encounter until this achievement unlocks.

This trophy will come over time, once you get the minigun upgrade from Wellsprings you will be able to start going for this trophy. Enemy cars are all over the wasteland and they don't take much firepower to take down. Destroying cars in races counts for this trophy too and you will be destroying lots of cars in the Rocket Rally events. Your best off doing this earlier in the game when the enemy cars aren't as armoured. This trophy is cumulative and carries over between playthroughs.
