To get this Trophy, it is best to first Defeat the Secret Boss in this Level to obtain the Box Breaker.
You find the Boss close to the End of the Level, where you'll find a Path you can climb with the Magnet boots.
After this, your Hyperstrike (

) will destroy all breakable objects around you. You walk again through the Store, performing a Hyperstrike every few Steps.
It'll take a bit of time, but it is kind of easy to get with the Box Breaker.
