Getting this is relatively easy
This is earned by using the cranes on Endako on the path to rescuing Clank from the Thief
Using the Electrolyzer to hack the Crane controls, you can then use the crane to move the blocks to enable you to jump up on the ledge.
However you can use these blocks to drop them on the Sweeper Bots and the Laser Bots which insta-kills them. The first room has 5-6 robots and the second has around 8-9. If you focus on clearing the rooms before entering yourself, it should pop halfway through the second room.
