If you do not have a second controller for Playstation 3, but have a Dualshock 4, then you can use it, although it is not supported by this game. First you need to launch the game using Dualshock 3, get to the point of creating an offline lobby, then you need to open the console menu. In the menu we control the Dualshock 4 (unlike the game, it works here), go to Settings - Settings for additional devices - Assign controllers again. By default, Dualshock 3 should be assigned number 1, and Dualshock 4 number 2, because... Now we control the 4th Dualshock, then the second number will be selected, change it to the first, respectively, the number of the 3rd Dualshock will automatically change to the second. We return to the game, now using Dualshock 3 you can select a second character. But that is not all! Now with the help of Dualshock 4 you can fully control the first character, although previously the game did not react in any way to this gamepad. This trick also works in other games where the Dualshock 4 is “not supported”, including single-player games.
