You need to defeat enemies by using cn_S, or cn_X then cn_S.

A great place to farm is on the N.E.S.T. level, during the Entrance segment!

Wave the key left and right, mowing down crowds of small enemies. The trophy will most likely open on its own as the game progresses.

For some reason, a swarm of robots flying from round things on the wall does not count. I killed about 500 and was left without a trophy.
