The trophy is not difficult, you need to use explosive weapons of mass destruction (such as Plasmabomb Launcher or Warmonger) on a bunch of small and weak enemies

It’s easy to do at the very first level!! Reach the “lumenoid” enemies (jumping little slugs) and just hit melee!!! That’s it, the trophy is yours!!

I got this trophy using Quark's protective green ball, oddly enough, on a bunch of little robots.
