For this you need to win a fight in the first round. The easiest way to do this offline is to defeat Scrapbot who is the first opponent you face. Don't worry if you don't manage it initially because you can buy improvements to your robot with the money earned to increase your power and thus increase your chances of achieving this. So don't panic if you don't get it first time around, you should get this with prolonged gameplay.
