Realms of Arkania: Blade of Destiny

Caves and dungeons will occasionally have traps lined up for when you enter. You won't be able to physically see them, but walking past them will trigger the event. In order to pop this achievement, you need to fail at noticing/disarming the trap.

To do this, make sure your party leader is someone with a low instinct and perception level. You can check this by pressing and scrolling over to your talents. Then, just find a cave to explore and trigger the trap.

If you're having trouble finding a good location, the Pirate's Cave in between Rybon and Thoss (you need to activate the quest in Rybon by speaking to the innkeeper first), will generally yield multiple traps, in addition to the reward of 200 ducats at the end.

So long as you hit at least one trap, the achievement will unlock!
