How to unlock the Wanderer achievement in Realms of Arkania: Blade of Destiny - Definitive Guide
The word "overland" means exactly what it sounds like. You need to travel between settlements that are located on land. This means that any time you take a boat to a location, it doesn't count. That being said, it will count for the achievement called "Sailor".
There's no easy way out of this achievement, unfortunately. You just have to move from town to town as you fast travel. Taking 20 different trips (meaning each road you pass through counts as one trip) will get you the achievement, so long as you're still on land.
If you don't know how to fast travel, press to open the action wheel while you're in town. Then select the map. From here, you can only travel to towns that are connected by a road. In other words, if you wanted to get to a town that's across the map, you would have to hop to all of the towns in between along the way. Once you have a location that fits this rule, just say yes to confirm your travel, and then enjoy the journey. You can keep up with the achievement tracker to see how many journeys you have so far.
