Realms of Arkania: Star Trail

In order to get this achievement, you need one of your characters to fail while using the talent, "treat wounds". An easy way to do this is to make sure someone in your party has a low skill level for the talent. You can check your stats by hitting and then to scroll to talents.

You want as low of a score as possible here. But I was successful on my second try by using a character with +2. So it's okay if you can't get in the negatives. Once you have your party member, you need your allies to take damage. This will come naturally, so just play the game and travel from city to city until it happens. Then, make camp, and save.

When in camp, press to open the action wheel and move up towards "use talents". Then select the character with the lowest skill level, and hit "treat wounds". Select the character you want to try to heal, and then a dialogue box will appear.

You want the box to say something along the lines of making the wound worse. It's not enough to just fail to heal them. But if you don't get it, just reload and you can try again. Do this until the achievement pops. And then you can reload for good, as to not keep the negative effect.
