How to unlock the All That Fuss About Some Rocks? achievement in Realpolitiks New Power - Definitive Guide
To get this you need to control a whole of highly contested region of China/India/Pakistan.
FOR THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH CAMPAIGN:
The easiest way to do it fast is to start as China (controls Aksai Chin) and declare war on Pakistan (Azad Kashmir) and India (Kashmir). When you sue for peace and annex those regions, you'll pop the achievement.
FOR THE DAWN OF TOMORROW CAMPAIGN:
I didon't get it here, so this is just a theory. Pakistan controls all 3 regions, but I doubt it will just pop an achievement (can someone check?). Closest power to the region is India that have roughly the same military power. You can just declare a war, recruit some more units and work on a few more technologies that will allow you to win. Just clashing with Pakistan will be a slog though and it's best done via manual theater of war resolution.
FOR ANY GAMEPLAY:
Let's be honest. The time does not fly in this game and during any of your grand campaigns you'll have enough time to conquer half of the world. Maybe... Just play the game and conquest India, Pakistan and China? By playing grand campaign of The World Is Not Enough as US I basically stomped China to the ground by 2050 and subsequently captured remaining 2 regions from India (It stomped Pakistan into the ground).

I just confirmed that starting as Pakistan in Dawn of Tomorrow doesn't work. Not sure if there's an easy way to trigger it there, but I figured I'd mention it so you can make note of it.
