Realpolitiks New Power

When you play as totalitarian country you have an option to nullify an election. It's basically pointless mechanic that makes your whole country mad. Select totalitarian country and wait for first elections. Nullify them and you'll get an achievement.

Second option is to become totalitarian regime (and let's be honest, it's the most efficient way to play this game) and you can get this achievement during your grand campaign playthrough.
