I'm not sure what the deal is here but when I went to check this place out I had 90k cash on me. The dude there offered to sell it for 250k, I said no, he dropped it to 100k, said no again and he dropped it to 50 so I said yes. If you arrive with more than the 250 you might have to pay that or maybe get it cheaper if you turn up with less.
