Here is an easy way to get this fast if your willing to spend money for microsoft points to purchase it.
Your going to want to go to the gamer market and look up the extra content for Record of Agarest War Zero. Your going to be looking for is: Point Addition Pack 4, it cost 480 mircosoft points. This pack gives you 50,000,000 EP and 50,000,000 G.
Then going into your game and load up saved file and it will display your pack and the achievement will pop.

Just like Gold EP is earned through battle however that is the only way. EP is used at the Blacksmith for enhancing and is essential especially later in the game when you have to enhance HIGH level weapons. As you play this will unlock naturally however if you wanted the trophy ASAP you could also download the Point Addition Pack 4 which gives you 50,000,000 EP along with the Gold and your trophy the second you load your game.
