How to unlock the You're Already Dead! achievement in Record of Agarest War Zero - Definitive Guide

Firstly I would just like to say that I take no credit for this solution and would like to thank Ray5555 for his hard work figuring this out anyways his solution is as follows:

Here is how to get 650 hits. first you need the following characters: Sieg, alice, Dana, Eugene, Niel, Leonis. Now you need the following people Equipped with the following gear at level 5:

Leonis: Leonhardt's sword, Dragon Frame, Prometheus bound
Eugene: Sav Vie Rouge, E.O.M, Eld emblem
Alice: Omniscient Rod, Demon Frame, Dismal Sylph
Dana: Gatling Knuckles, Extra Frame, Mighty ring
Sieghart: Tenma Sword, Extra Frame, Suzaku's ring
Niel: Destructor, Parochial Megasuit, Angel Wing

With these Equipped and everybody over level 45 promoted, Then Alice will have a max AP of 98, Eugene 96 AP, Leonis and Sieghart 92 AP, Niel 88 AP, Dana 76 AP(she wasn't promoted when I did this)

Now you will need the following skills on each person, and use them in this order:

Leonis: Arc Raid, Cross edge, square cross, rush, rush beat, rapid move, cross edge
Dana: Rising Buster, Rush beat, rush, rapid move, rush beat, meteor impact
Eugene: Insane Star Slash, cross edge, double edge, square cross, rush, rapid move, rush beat, Storm
Sieghart: Double edge, square cross, cross edge, rush, rush beat, rapid move, stardust, stardust,
Alice: Stardust, stardust, ray, ray, stardust, dark ray
Niel: rCannon Barrage, rush, rush beat, rapid move, rush beat, blizzard, burst hit

Now go to Esto steppe. there will be 2-3 weak enemies there. Kill all but 1. Then raise Dana's, Eugene's, Niel's, Leonis' AP to 50. Sieghart needs his AP to 150, and alice needs no AP. I just used Grass and cure grass to get everybody to their respected ap levels. Sieghart needs the genius skill in order for this to work.

After all of that is done rest your ap until it is maxed out. Then in the order of skills listed above, and in the character order listed above. Pull off those moves and you will have 658 combo at the end.

Unfortunately, my Leonis is not a general user, so I had to use a slightly different team for this to work properly. Still, this is a great template to give you an idea of what moves to use and the order to set them up with. GJ for the strategy and props due where props are due!

x360a claims it can be done without SP attacks. How the hell did you build SP for all those SP attacks at once anyway? They also list the actual combos with the skills to combine for them rather than expecting people to get exactly the right weapons and characters you're listing. Only problem is I can't get the goddamn thing to do enough hits. This is entirely too complicated, and I'm on the verge of saying fuck it. It's not like I actually need the completion that bad.

The video below is a a small guide on how to achieve the 'You're Already Dead!'-achievement/trophy. All feat. can be done without DLC weapons:

You can find the loadout (gear and attack skills) at the 03:30 marker and the order at the start of the video.

The order of attacks does matter, as your first attack, in this scenario EX1 attack, needs to break the enemy armour 3/4 and your second attack needs to be just enough to fully break its defence to none for the combination skills to be fully effective wink

Much like the "Real Soviet Damage" this can easily be obtained depending on when you decide to try and obtain it. Before explaining the method first Break's and Broken Hits must be explained.

When you attack an enemy above their health bar is a break meter, attacks have different break values so the higher break value your attack is the faster it will deplete the enemies break meter.

Broken Hits are "extra" hits in special arts that can only be done with the enemy has already reached a "broken" status (if there break meter is depleted). So say you use a special art that does 36 hits originally, if it hits when the enemy is already broken then the special art will do extra hits so instead of 36 hits it will go up to 72 (others differ depending on the special art) which is really the only way to obtain this trophy.

Now you could try this early in the game if you wish to however doing it later when you have all the characters from each generation and generations of digest mode would be more ideal as you can pick and choose the best choices. Look for characters with two in there unit slots and then equip weapons with 2 more in there weapon slots. Character's who have 2 in there unit slots are:

  • Eugene
  • Sayane
  • Shernini
  • Dana
  • Niel
  • Fyuria
  • Noah

The key to this will be large amounts of Accel Raves which deal 72 broken hits per, with a party made up of characters above you can use it about 8 times for 576 hits so they you'll have to make up the other 74 hits with the other slots you have. Here is a list of good Special Art's with a higher broken hit rate:

Accel Rave (72 Broken Hits)
Rush
Rapid Move
Rush Beat

Mirage Force (52 Broken Hits)
Trick Hit
Critical Charge
Shadow Sting

Joint Break (24 Broken Hits)
Critical Charge
Square Cross

() Stardust also does 12 hits on its own if you can fit that in.
