Note: All weapon-related trophies count across all saves. If you want you can make a save near enemies, kill them, reload the save and repeat the process for every trophy.

The Rocket Launcher can be acquired fairly early on during the mines section, and can be found countlessly throughout the game. It's a very effective weapon for taking out grouped enemies. As long as you use it regularly, you should easily get this in your first playthrough.
