Note: You need to complete the game on all four difficulties, as the difficulty-related trophies do not stack.

As the name implies, this shouldn't cause you any pain. The enemies aren't very accurate on Easy so you can actively skip most encounters. The enemies die very easily and do very little damage, plus medkits/envirosuits restore 50 health/armour, respectively. I still advise that you save regularly, just to be safe. You should attempt the Righteous Cause trophy on Easy.
