Whilst chasing Capek through the caverns, you will eventually end up in Capek's Zoo and you will know you're there when Capek says "Ahh Parker, so you made it past my little guards. Welcome to my zoo. Feel free to pet the animals. They won't bite". As soon as you enter this area, there will be a jeep with a turret in front of you. In order to get this trophy, you must run over roughly 5 security guards for the trophy to unlock. Simply drive the vehicle through the tunnels running over security guards, opening the gates as you advance, until the trophy unlocks.
