Missable.

After leaving the Barracks, you will ascend an elevator shaft and end up in the Registration Lobby. In the second area of the Registration Lobby, you will have the option of going right up the stairs to Docking Bay East or continuing forward to the train station. Board the commuter train here and you will almost immediately be ambushed by guards. The trophy will unlock during this ambush.
