Missable.

This is obtained at the Barracks are near the start of the game. Head up the stairs in the back left of the Barracks to the top floor and in the middle room you will find a turret. When you jump on the turret a bunch of guards will spawn in to attack you. Kill them all with the turret to unlock the trophy. If the trophy doesn't pop, hop off the turret and look for guards in the side rooms as they can sometimes get caught on textures.
