Note: All weapon-related trophies count across all saves. If you want, you can make a save near enemies, kill them, reload the save and repeat the process for every trophy.

The Riot Shield can take a significant pummelling before it breaks. This trophy can be slightly annoying as sometimes enemies will shoot straight past your Riot Shield and kill you before the shield is destroyed. The way I ended up breaking my shields was by making a save once I reached the Ultor Personnel Suppressor (see Unsuppressed) and just let him destroy it five times. One thing to be aware of however is sometimes when you reload a save, the Riot Shield won't work immediately and will require you to change to another weapon and back before it will start blocking bullets. Another good way to break Riot Shields is to block Rail Driver shots, as these break them instantly.
