After helping Hendrix through the Mercenary Base, you will board another Aesir fighter ship and fly it through a bunch of enemy-ridden tunnels. Once you reach the end you must defeat two enemy Aesirs, before Masako arrives. Destroy Masako's Aesir, at which point you too will lose your Aesir. Masako will have a nano-shield just like Capek so use your Precision Rifle to take it down while keeping your distance so she doesn't shoot you. Once she's on the ground, kill her like any other enemy, then take the cargo elevator down to the bomb. To deactivate the bomb, you must first input a random sequence of /// four times, followed by a lengthier sequence of seven inputs. You will be timed during the defusal, with less time on higher difficulties so it is recommended you save just before you interact with the bomb. Once you defuse it, the trophy will pop.
