Note: You need to complete the game on all four difficulties, as the difficulty-related trophies do not stack.

Hard difficulty will begin to test you, as enemies become a proper threat, are quite accurate and can kill you quickly if you're not careful. You should use this playthrough as an opportunity to learn effective ways to deal with enemies in each encounter, as knowing where they spawn and how to deal with them will be very beneficial on Impossible. Medkits/envirosuits restore 20 health/armour, respectively.
