You can play on the Easiest Difficulty. You will get this in Chapter 3 after completing the 12th level. (The Church).

⏰Est Time for 1000g: 1-2 Hours
🚫Missables: NONE (Level Select)
🏆Overview: We do not need to Complete the Full Game. Only the First 3 Chapters. After you Complete Each Chapter, 4 Keys will appear in levels from that Chapter. We need to Find ALL 4 Keys to unlock the "Secret Levels" for that Chapter. We MUST Complete the 2 Secret Levels in each chapter.

The "boss"-related trophies are very deceptive. There is no such thing as a boss. You will earn this trophy once you have completed all 12 levels in Chapter 3: The Church. See my Solutions Guide [LINK] for a full walkthrough.

Chapter 3 Mechanics:

In this Chapter, there are two new mechanics that you'll learn via the memories in between levels:
  1. At the beginning, you'll learn how to take crosses and throw them at broken golden pillars which repairs them. Later on however, when you're controlling the demon rather than the nun, you'll use those crosses to destroy those pillars with the exact same mechanic.

    Walk over a cross to pick it up, then position yourself so that the pillar in question is somewhere along the straight line you're on, then press to throw the cross.
     
  2. During the Memory between levels 5 and 6, the new mechanic that you'll be introduced to is teleporting using same color runes. This short demonstration is very easy: Yellow > Green > Purple > Blue > Red.
