This boss is a bit tanky and may be hard to kill; due to this the rpg accessible in chapter 3-3 is an easy way to kill said boss. Alternatively, the rpg can be purchased for 30,000. Shooting it with a high damage weapon should also do the trick. When the fight starts, just knock over the liquid nitrogen (freezing it in place) then fire your weapon of choice.
