How to unlock the I Spy achievement in Resident Evil Code: Veronica X - Definitive Guide

In order to get this trophy, you need to select Wesker, third person view and then reach room 11 (this is the clinic room where you get the Glass Eye). When you reach this room, kill all enemies and go to the small room to the east. There, interact with the muscle anatomy dummy and after Wesker finish his animation, you will earn your trophy.
