You first encounter Mother Neptune in the Shark Tank area of the Residence; you attempt to drain the water and she’ll attack the glass making this a timed event. First you’ll need to deactivate the safety and attempt to close the shutters, the shutters will jam. Move into the hallway to see three valves, one of these valves will restore pressure to shutters. If you don’t know which, there is a white board on the ground telling you what valve to activate. After restoring pressure to the shutters; again deactivate the safety and close the shutters, then drain the water. Exit the control room into the area and approach the platform the big shark is near.

Now here is where things can vary; you can either use bullets to put the Shark down or use electricity to do so, thus saving you bullets. Attempt to grab the glowing icon and watch it fall into the water while the shark thrashes about. Push the small console into the water next to Neptune. Now turn left and flip the level to activate the power source and kill Neptune without wasting a bullet. You’ll earn this trophy once the shark is dead. It should be noted you can actually grab the key without being killed, but it is tricky to do and thus killing the shark is the best method. At the same time, you’re free to kill Neptune via electricity and not lock yourself out from earning CQC FTW.
