Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles

This is story-related and cannot be missed. You will earn this in the fifth Operation Javier chapter.

Javier Hidalgo will transform into a monster and you must fight him as the final boss of the scenario. Primarily, shoot the red joints on his legs. Most of his moves are quick-time events, where you must press a button (usually and , and sometimes, both). When the orbs form from his underbelly, shoot the ones with no blue sphere inside to destroy it, usually destroying others in the process. When a tentacle appears from the ground, shoot the pointed edge for it to flinch and not harm you. Finally, when you go to its front again, unload all your bullets. Even a handgun alone will do. Most enemy attacks are dodged via quick-time events, except for the acid spit, which you simply shoot the head beforehand to counter.

IMPORTANT!: During the fight at certain intervals, Manuela will help, but if you let her lose too much blood, you’ll get the BAD Ending and won’t unlock the secret Sixth Chapter of Operation Javier, required for the Other Side of the Coin trophy.

Once the health bar depletes, Javier will fall, the final cutscene will cue and the credits will roll. During this, the trophy will unlock.
