How to unlock the Other Side of the Coin achievement in Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles - Definitive Guide

To get this trophy, you must finish the secret Sixth and Seventh Chapter of the Operation Javier, where you play as Krauser. You’ll hear his thoughts during gameplay, and will discover why he became an antagonist in Resident Evil 4. These chapters can only be unlocked by getting the GOOD Ending in the Fifth Chapter, when fighting the final boss, Javier Hidalgo. To get the good ending, make sure Manuela doesn’t lose too much blood when she decides to help you fight. If you let her help too much (in other words, take too long to defeat Javier) she dies, resulting in the BAD Ending, which unlocks you nothing. Chapter Six/Seven are basically repeats of Chapter Four/Five, on a higher difficulty. So there should be no problems here.

In order to open them, you need to complete the last chapter of Operation Javier so that Manuela does not lose a lot of blood, in other words, complete the chapter in a short time.
Then you will unlock the good ending (where Manuela remains alive) and a secret mission for Krauser.
You can start it from the Chronicles menu, but unfortunately only one player can play it, just like the secret mission with Tofu
