Sounds a bit stupid and obvious but the more you play the more you can anticipate what's coming next.
It will only take about 7 minutes to beat all 10 waves - I played through on PS5 via PS Streaming and it was fine.
You cant pause and use the aiming trick unfortunately.
Sounds do help to kind of judge what's next.
I ignored most of the zombies who ran across/into screen at the sides (left to right) except the one who crawls across the floor.
The best tip I have is to double shoot zombie heads in the early rounds so you have a bullet hole in the background, so when a zombie appears there next time you will have a bullet hole to line up with. I discovered this on the run where I got the trophy.
Zombies will only pop up once in that place during each wave - so for instance the zombie straight down the middle once he's been there he wont show up there again in that wave.
At the second part of the wave, sometimes when crowded you shoot the same zombie twice therefore missing the one you were aiming at and getting hit. Try to shoot the zombies in order they come at you.
Wave 10 is only 1 zombie and can only be killed via CRITICAL HEADSHOT. If you miss the crit he's head will react with the shot and move making the next shot harder, but he will move his head back to normal , there is time so don't panic, I only got to wave 10 once and was successful.

Clear the game once (including all side-scenarios) and you’ll unlock the special stage. You’ll face 10 waves of zombies, all of who die with one hit. Unfortunately, if you’re hit, just once, you’ll be plummeted back to Wave 1 too. Keep vigilant, and be wary of your surroundings. The zombies are quite fast, and attack relentlessly. Focus is the main thing, really. Upon reaching Wave 10 (and successfully killing them all) you’ll receive this trophy.
Here’s some tips for the game:
- Each round has two sections. The first will have zombies run directly for you. The second depends on how many you kill in the first, for example, kill seven in the first, and you’ll only have three to deal with in the next.
- Each enemy only requires one kill. Nonetheless, for safety’s sake, shoot them in the head. On multiple occasions, the zombies didn’t die with one shot and I was caught off guard.
- The spots where enemies appear are limited when they peek over the fence. Thus, if you grow accustomed to their spots early, you'll soon be able to actually predict where they'll appear next.
- This is important: the only way to kill the final zombie is by a headshot. You can do this while it's getting up, I killed it before it got a chance to rush for me. Once it's dead, the Stage is finally over.

1. Don't even think about going into the secret level if you don't have Move. Just forget it. I spent two weeks on this, and only once reached wave 10 on the pad and gave a headshot to the zombie, but still lost. Then I just bought a move and completed it in 40 minutes from memory.
2. Always keep your sights centered. This makes it easier to focus on each of the zombies.
3. Zombies have clear spawn locations. The zombie will not appear in the same place twice.
That is, by remembering the locations of the spawn points, you will easily determine closer to the end of each wave where it can appear.
4. The zombies that peek out from behind the counter cast a shadow underneath them. Focus on the shadows and you can easily determine where he will appear.
5. In the very last wave, where there is only one zombie, even if you get a headshot, you will not kill him. The shot must be critical. That is, the sight should shake, turning bright red. Aim slightly above the forehead.
6. Zombies that run and crawl make louder sounds than regular zombies. Immediately move your sight to the right and shoot as it appears. There is one that just peeks out and runs back, don't pay attention to him.
