This trophy will likely unlock by simply playing through the game. The shotgun is first obtained on the mission where you must protect the boat that you and Malikov are on. You need to kill 2 enemies in one shot from the shotguns primary fire, . Right after receiving the shotgun, there is a good place to get this trophy.

Grims will begin boarding your boat and you will be tasked with killing them. Simply let 2 Grims board, and once they are right next to each other, get up close, and fire the shotgun, killing both of them. Alternatively, you can wait until Mt. Pleasant, PA: Meet Jane Rose, and continue forward until you enter the room with the Leapers.

Leapers have very little health and will die from one shot of almost anything, so that makes them the perfect target for this. Leapers will usually group up, then lunge at you, so once they group up, send a shotgun blast in to the group, instantly killing them all.

Tip: If you are still having troubles getting this trophy, you can wait until the Rossmore is fully upgraded. This turns the Rossmore's primary rounds into incendiary rounds that set your enemies on fire. This will easily kill enemies from a greater distance, meaning your weapon will have a larger bullet spread. That will make it much easier to kill 2 enemies with one blast.
