Complete chapter 3.
You must go to the Forest of Idols, retrieve a female mannequin from the Bronze Forest and place it in the open air studio.
Oh, and there are a bunch of murderous mannequins with all methods of mayhem mounted upon them (bombs, bazookas, guns, torches & chainsaws). Fortunately everything there is vulnerable to fire, so if you have a supply of Molotov Cocktails you can easily kill them and level your grenade skill.
The boss of the Bronze Forrest is Caligula, a mannequin with all kinds of weapons mounted on it. For every part broken, it seems to spawn a new mannequin on the battlefield from it. Caligula, like all other mannequins, is vulnerable to fire. If you have been uncovering hexes in the world map you have probably come across some Molotov Cocktail+ or Molotov Cocktail++. Use either of your limited supply of them to do massive damage, killing him in only a few hits.
After that it is business as usual, finish outstanding quests and end chapter.
