Deliver the statue and complete chapter 4.
At the Open Air Workshop you must take a statue and escort it to the elevator to take it to the top of the tower. If the statue "dies" it is game over. You can leave the dungeon to reset the statue and the beginning with full health.
The statue has quite a lot of HP, but is not indestructible. There are many murderous blood doll variants on the way. The statue will move along the railing and take it's turn simultaneously with the player and enemies.
The boss of the area is the Revenge of Caligua. Caligula now has a large shredding machine. By the time you reach him, the statue will probably be quite low on HP (damn Omega dolls!). This is a fight that can be ended swiftly, and must if the statue is to survive. Use your machine gunner to do a much scratch as you can to Caligula and follow up with at least some Molotov Cocktail+. Two Molotov Cocktail++ with heavy scratch damage may be enough to kill Caligula.
After that go home to start the next chapter if you have finished all of your missions.
