You must defeat the Yeti in the freezer and take the wine to the bar. I highly recommend taking the time to connect the 2x fire damage and half ice damage terminals to the Silver Canyon. It will double the effectiveness of your fire attacks and halve the ice attacks against you.
The boss fight is simple enough. Use a machine gun with incendiary bullets to attack and follow with a molotov. Be sure to be jumping both times to do damage to the main body. Follow with a pistol to do direct damage. If you are lucky you can fill the bar with scratch and do enough damage to get the Big Shot in Resonance of Fate achievement as well.
