How to unlock the Customaestro achievement in Resonance of Fate - Definitive Guide

Possible to get on Chapter 3 or possibly even 1 or 2 if you have the money and parts, but 3 for sure.

You will need:

4 Top Sights
1 Compact Scope Alpha
1 Compact Scope Beta
1 Handguard
1 HG Magazine
1 HG Expander Barrel
1 Sub-Barrel

I used a Hand Gun with 2 sight attachments but a Machine Gun should work as well.

Place your Handguard and Magazine onto your weapon. While in placement mode you can use the right thumbstick to move the gun itself around the grid, so place it in the bottom right corner.

There is now room to place 4 Top Sights, 2 on each spot stacked. Place the Compact Scopes on top of the Top Sights.

Attach the Expander Barrel to the front of the gun, then the Sub-Barrel to that. Achievement unlocked!

You need to put at least 10 custom parts on a gun. This won't be possible until chapter 5, when you visit Crank Town.

The key is to get parts that accept connections to other parts, such as top sights, on which you can mount another sight.

When customizing weapons, do not forget that firstly, you can move the weapon itself along the grid with the right stick, and secondly, rotate parts with the L1/R1 buttons. That is, if a part looks like it connects something from right to left, then it can be rotated from top to bottom.
