How to unlock the Kings Of Neverland achievement in Resonance of Fate - Definitive Guide
This achievement involves completing the Neverland dungeon. You unlock the Neverland dungeon with the black hexes obtained after defeating the two sub bosses in the final dungeon in Chapter 16. The elevator is found on level 4 near your home town.
The enemies in Neverland are extremely high level and difficult, so it is recommended you are somewhere close to level 100 before attempting this. Once you can defeat some enemies, you can level VERY quickly. You can also deal some damage to the enemies and flee to gain some considerable EXP. The EXP trainer bought from the arena will speed the process up a bit.
In order to complete this dungeon I recommend you grind one character to the point where you can earn the skills 100% scratch damage and 100% stun with a machine gun, as without this the last tier of the dungeon will likely be a problem. You will also earn some great weapons/items from this dungeon that will help make it a bit easier. Stunning is definitely helpful, so you'll want lots of charges with your pistol as well for gauge breaks.
In order to progress in the dungeon, you will need to clear each of the 3 parks before the way opens to move on to the next dungeon tier. Each tier except for the final one will have an abandoned energy station where you can rest and save. Completing this dungeon will also unlock the final stages of the arena.
This is one of the more difficult areas of the game (if not the most) so make sure you are prepared. Good luck!

You don't need to complete Neverland to unlock the last stages of the arena, you just need to have finished up to rank 45-3 when you make it accessible. Nice guide, though :)

My characters are Level 115, so I think I'll clear up the Arena (with 3x experience and an EXP Trainer, amongst other random effects), and then by that time I can nail through this.
