Race 23 is the exact mirror of race 21. But as the other guide states , this one is more difficult than race 21. The opponents are quicker around the corners and it took me a couple of tries.
I kept on using the white van , did apply the same strategy (never let go of the throttle and keeping the corners as tight as possible) as the races before but came up short at the end.
The solution for me was to use the nitro on the last tiny straight towards the finish. The car up front was going wide and with the tight corner handling of the white van I managed to line up much better and burned the nitro to push past him and win with the tiniest bit possible. One of the harder ones but still manageable.

This was the only race I really struggled with, but finally found out the blue car with white stripes was my hero car that pulled it off.

In my opinion, this is the toughest race in the game.
Firstly i’d say use the White car with the 2 Blue Stripes. (The one in the game’s icon/on the main menu’s art)
Secondly, make sure you overtake the red and blue cars on your first straightaway, then, work on overtaking one car at a time until on the 4th and 5th lap, you overtake the fastest car.
