The last race is the 25th … for the achievement is is not needed to do the following time trial , so this could be the last race.
It could get a little bit boring but the white van is again the way to go if you ask me.
The tight hairpins can be taken at full speed IF you time the corners right. The straight is used for the nitro to burn and pass the opponents. Because this is the exact mirror of race nr 19 I will put the solution from that race here.
Again , these are not 100% solutions , there is some skill and luck involved and maybe you like other cars better to suit your playstyle but this worked for me , hope it works for you too.

This is where things are going to be different when selecting the cars. With all the tight hairpins , speed is not so important anymore.
For this race (and the following couple) I did use a car with very high handling : The white “van” .
Medium to low speed
High handling
Low drift
Medium nitro
High damage
Sitting between the orange/yellowish pick up and a sportscar with the same yellowish color. This one is better than the all black van with even better handling because of the nitro stats that are far worse than the nitro stats of the white van ….. and you will need the nitro on the straights!
When you start and come up the straight you will see that the opponents are quicker than you are. Much quicker , but don’t worry. You will make up alle that lost time in the hairpin part. NEVER let go of the throttle. This whole race is full throttle all the way. If you time your corners right you can make the hairpins very tight and with full speed. You can pass the sliding opponents fairly easy , again , the straight is used for burning the nitro and passing the other cars if you are not up front already.
Just keep your finger on the throttle and time your corners around the hairpins perfectly so you can take them full speed.
This race is much easier than expected with the right car.
Use exactly the same strategy for the following time trial. Full throttle all the way and nitro on the straights.
Well , this should / have to be the last achievement in this game. It is not that hard but it takes a bit to figure out the right strategy and car to use. I hope I scraped off some time needed to figure out what car to use.For this race (and the following couple) I did use a car with very high handling : The white “van” .
