Ring of Pain

I believe that this achievement can only be done in the light ending, you have to kill every enemy and not spend too much money on golden chests and Rerolls.

I unlocked it just before beating the last of the 5 bosses.

You can use the Polearm strategy (Frozen Tiara + Polearm) if you want to do it quickly, otherwise any Run with good items can go.
