Complete a full run to unlock Double Candle, this let's you select a starting item.
Equip / use Misting Vessel, this is a common offhand item. It gives 100% stealth.
Now just click the arrow to Stealth past all the enemies to the exit.
The next room is always the Owl shop thing, take the item, load the next room, restart and repeat.
