Scroungers are enemies that carry loot and move towards the exit. They will disappear if you don't catch and kill them within a few turns. They are everywhere and not too hard to kill so this will come naturally.

It's a bit annoying in that by my count, I've killed 13, but only 8 of them have registered. Anyone else have this issue and perhaps know why?

Pretty sure explosion kills and status effects don't count. Needs to be from a hit
