The best possible game modes would be:
Dodgeball
Super Mudball
or Snowball Fight
This is because there is no time limit. Personally I went with Dodgeball as the spread of the dropped pick ups seemed less distance apart and more frequently occuring.
First off this will be so much easier if you have 4 controllers. Just start up a game and join in with all the controllers. I recommend bunching them in a corner together, as to save time running between them and keeping them away from accidentally gathering a pickup.
You will need to gather the current pickup on the board before the next one will drop, so pick up everything. I recommend running around as much as possible to work towards
For this particular achievement you'll be wanting the Red Chili Pepper that drops. As soon as you get it quickly bump into the other players as fast as you can, depending on where they are, how fast you do it, and if they are bunched together you can get up to 8-10 stuns per Chili Pepper. I usually averaged around 6 however.
Rinse and repeat until you gain your achievement. You can keep going for these if you wish as you will have quite a deal of progress towards them already:

You will probably get this just by playing the game and working towards the other trophies. Once you get the chilli power-up (it's a chilli pepper), you will have a trail of fire that follows you. Just run into your opponents while the power-up is active to stun them. If you're quick enough, you should be able to stun your opponents 4-6 times (1-2 times each) before the power-up expires. Also, select a game like Snowball Fight or Dodgeball as there is no time limit and power-ups constantly appear, so you can just farm what you need. After you do your 100th stun with it, the trophy will pop! This trophy is cumulative!
