At the Menu, select Garland Gala and select one of the three characters (you will have to start with Luiz), play through the 10 games and then throw your Garlands at the marmosets. Getting Luiz, Nigel, and Mauro will net you bonus points.
You will only need 25 points to beat Luiz's score.
You will need 50 points to beat Mauro's score.
You will need 75 points to beat Nigel's score.
This can be done without 4 controllers, but is recommended to be done with them (you should have 4 if you're going to 100% this game, as other achievements require them) alternatively you can use instruments from Rock Band/Guitar Hero.

After you have played the 10 mini games you will be asked to throw the garlands around the moving objects. Nigels target score is 75 so just aim for the x2 objects and try to hit luiz and you will get it. It is easier with 4 controllers because there is nobody hitting anything.

This is easiest done with 4 human players (4 controllers). Start a new game and select Garland Gala as the game type. When prompted, select Nigel's challenge (he's the cockatoo) from the 3 options and begin. Make sure you win all the minigames to get the highest number of points possible, which will give you the most garlands for the final challenge. In the final challenge, you must throw your garlands around different things in the background (almost like a shooting gallery/ring toss type game). Try to hit the multipliers, Mauro & Nigel as much as possible as these will boost your score higher. Also make sure that you aim well and try to make each garland count until you get down to around 15-20 seconds left, then just start flinging them trying to make up any additional points you can. Once you beat the challenge score of 75 points in the final challenge, the trophy will pop!
