For this achievement just choose one mini game you're good at in the VS game mode. After winning the mini game the achievement will pop-up.
If you have four controllers, join in with three other ones to be sure you'll win it.

Start a new game in Party Mode and then select "VS" from the game style selection screen. To make this trophy as fast and easy as possible, set the other 3 opponents to human players (assign them to controllers) and then when it takes you to the "Select Your Game" screen, just pick one minigame and then start the game. Just have you player be the only one who does anything and pick up 1st place in the minigame, and in turn, the "VS" mode game. After you complete it and are in 1st overall, the trophy will pop!
