How to unlock the Still Counts achievement in Riptide GP2 - Definitive Guide
- Advance in your career, and when you finish the third group of tracks or so, you'll be able to return to the first ones and win easily.
- Pick Factory Shift.
- In your second lap, when you're past the two turbines, don't use your boost, save it for the final ramp.
- After the last turn, approach the ramp at full speed and activate boost.
- Wait a few moments after the jump, don't do the trick straight away, you need to land while the trick is still active so you crash. If you have bought any tricks beside the basics, for example +, + or +, + use those.
- Enjoy your achievement(s)
Here's a video:
Make sure your rider crosses the finish line after crashing. If you cross the line first and then crash, it will not unlock.
I found a simple way and got the achievement on the first try ,
selects - Career - Beginners Luck - Milk Run
Plays the whole race and use all the nitro before reaching the last ramp.
Jump ramp normally, and makes a simple trick before touching the water.

In order to achieve this you must finish a race by crashing just before the finish line, thus making the rider fly off the jet ski. An easy way to earn this is during the first Cup, play the event "Factory Shift". Making sure you're in first place, just before the finish line there will be a ramp which you should use and then continue to initiate any long trick such as a level 10 trick that you won't be able to finish. This will cause the rider to crash once you hit the water and bounce past the finish line. Below is a video for a visual aid;

There are a few tracks with a jump just before the finishing line, so just rush up the ramp and fail to complete a trick.

To earn this trophy you have to crash across the finish line. Unfortunately, you can only crash by failing a stunt off a ramp, and most tracks don't have a jump close to the end.
I recommend the final race of the Waveriders Cup (Waveriders Race). You will need to have a high level jet (I used the Manta) and a Tier 10 Trick unlocked.
With this set up you, should easily be in first place, then when you approach the final ramp try to perform the Tier 10 Trick - since you cannot get enough air, you will crash, but should launch across the finish line.
Note that if you boost, you may cross the line in the air before crashing, and if you use a weaker vehicle, you will crash too far from the line.
I have recorded my video of this below for reference.
