Rise of the Kasai

When you select Tati for the fourth level, Igua Hatu, you will learn how to use Poison Mushrooms and as such this is the perfect place to knock out this trophy. Press to select the Poison Mushroom then whenever an enemy is in sight press to aim and then once you have them selected. The enemy does not have to die or react to the mushroom; it just needs to stick to them. Across the level there are plenty of mushrooms you can pick up (you only start with 6) but you can also use the Unlimited Ammo cheat too. The trophy will immediately unlock upon the 10th successful puffer throw onto an enemy.
