This doesn't even have to be a ranked game. At least it wasn't for me. I got it after I hosted 5 private games. Same for my friend. They hosted 5 and got it.

This one seem a little bit buggy and I didn't get before my 8th game.
I can only recommend you never leaving a game, and try to host the 5th game yourself.
You only have to play, not win. So just search for a match, or create a session on this site so that you're sure that you got someone to play with, and you should get it sooner or later.

Just play 5 games to completion online. See the Trophy Boosting Thread for a boosting partner. This will be accomplished on the way to completing Glory Hunter.
