This is the third achievement in the RISK multiplayer league play. You must get at least 70+ points in the Colonel's League and play all 6 games to obtain this achievement.

If you score less than 50 points, you will get returned to the Major's League as well, so avoid scoring too low in 6 games!

Scoring: 1st place=20 points, 2nd place=5 points, eliminating a player=5 points, for a max of 40 points with a win and complete eliminations.

If you are trying to boost this, then that will usually go much faster, IF you can find the other person in a lobby. I recommend following these tips to both find each other, and find a game in general if you have trouble with it: (Credit to Dr Latour for the boosting tips ideas!)
Trouble finding games or boosting?

If you are trying to boost this game, it can be very hard to find the other person. There are a few things you can do that will make it slightly easier though from my experience:

General tips for finding games:

Playing against human players can be boring, frustrating, and EXTREMELY BORING if you have the slow variety or the "wait until you quit" variety. I watched one game I was playing hoping to get credit for, where the remaining 3 players each built armies over 100 troops.. and the game took about 3 hours. That sealed the deal once I found this trick. I recommend only playing against real people if you don't need the win and want to just have fun--I chatted with some people for 2 games in a row, had a lot of fun, won one of the games. There are some fun people playing this game!

If you must play against humans, here are some tips:

Playing against AI players is really quite easy if you have some basic strategies on how to win. Figure on each game taking at least 1 hour though, with some much less, some more.
To win against the AI I've included a number of tips from my experience:

1. Immediately switch the AI to fast with

2. The AI WILL focus on you if you take the first continent and don't have enough troops to defend it! It is far better to defend what you have and build, than take more, and lose the continent and reinforcements.
3. The AI WILL attack whoever has the most continents. If you are the first to take 2 continents, and have a path anywhere that's unguarded into your base, the AI will likely trade in cards and march through your territories if you don't have way more troops than you think you need.
4. Try to start with South America or Australia. You can camp out in these, build your forces and cards, take a territory each turn, and gradually expand. Wait for the AI to use their cards, then take an AI out or take another continent!
5. To make best use of odds, attacking with even numbers up to 5 favors the defender, once past 5 it favors the attacker.. I usually did visible dice rolls for attacks I really didn't want to lose though, so I wouldn't lose a whole army on one country. You'll get used to figuring out what's best.
6. Make sure you take advantage of reinforcements properly! Reinforce where you think the AI will most likely attack.
7. Most important tip: Try to get the AI to fight each other. If you can get them fighting over a continent back and forth, they will use their cards up, while you just watch and get more cards.
8. Try to wait until at least 9 stars in your cards for 25 bonus troops. Then, when you call them in, try to just take a continent the first time, balancing your troops around to defend, the next time, you should be able to take over the world!
9. The number of stars for defending players is always showed during attacks on the top right, and the current players stars are always shown next to their total troop count.
10. If you no longer need wins for your league, suicide your troops! Once the AI eliminates you, the game ends instantly!!!

In general, I won almost all of my AI games by taking Australia first(if I wasn't set for Australia I would try for South America or Africa, a few times North America worked). Once I took Australia, I built cards, defending, and took at least one territory a turn to get the cards. The cards are all important!!

Basically, defender has the advantage up to 5 vs 5, then attacker has the advantage with 6 vs. 6 and up. And other stats.
