The toilet can be found at the starting area. Its a small improvised building right next to the scarecrow and basketball minigame. You have to use your telekinesis (Quest: Right Trigger) to remove the capsule in the toilet and you have to replace it with any capsule lying around (there are more than enough of them around you). You have to put the new capsule in, all the way like the first one was.

This trophy can be earned at the very start of the game. When exiting the pod, go straight ahead. Go down the slope on the right side and look to your right. Past the scarecrow needed for the 
Repairman trophy and the basketball net needed for the Aim for the Stars trophy, you'll see a little cabin.
To earn this trophy, replace the plastic bin that is in the toilet with a 'clean' one. It can be found to the right side of the cabin.
