How to unlock the Squad Goals achievement in Rocket League - Definitive Guide
This solutions is for people who have 2 Xbox's, 2 Accounts (1 main & 1 dummy account) & 4 controllers.
This has been tested on two accounts and has worked both times.
First thing you want to do is load up your dummy account on your home/main Xbox console so it shares the gold membership and games you have and then load your main account onto your other Xbox.
Once both consoles are in game press on the other 2 controllers to join each game and assign each one as a guest.
Now create a club with your dummy account and main account.
This bit is key... Once clubs have been created go to the very bottom of the page and press on the guest tab and it should say ''Invite to Club''. Once you accept the invite on the second controller you should see the guest accounts appear in the rosters and have the clubs colour above the gamer picture at the bottom of the page.
Now... Once this is set up on both consoles you want to set up the following settings:
Play online
Competitive
2v2 Doubles (make sure its the only one selected)
Region Middle-East
Then on both main controllers press at the same time to search for a game.
(I matched up pretty much every time to my dummy account and its guest)
Then all you need to do is score with your main account that is going for the achievement!
Like I said above... This solutions is for people who have 2 Xbox's, 2 Accounts (1 main & 1 dummy account) & 4 controllers.
To do this, you must search any 2v2 standard or 3v3 standard in competitive (or casual) matchmaking, and you also need to be searching with one (in 2v2) or two (in 3v3) persons in your club in your searching group.
I recommend competitive because you're more likely to find grouped players and not bots, like you can in casual.
Randomly in matchmaking, you must find an opposition team that are in the same club (Edit: When I say the same club, I mean all of the opponents on the opposing team are in the same club, NOT in YOUR club.).
You'll know you've got that if the other team is not labelled as 'blue' or 'orange', but are labelled as whatever their team name is. You will also notice that the game's team colours (blue and orange) will be replaced by whatever your team colour's are, and whatever the opposing team's colours are.
When you're in a match, you need to score. The achievement will then pop.
Again, this can ONLY be done in club vs club. Having members of the opposing team that are in two different clubs will not work.
EDIT: Restarted the console and booted up the game, achievement unlocked.
I hope my guide helped.

A negative vote? This guide says exactly how it works.
Sigh
A club match is not a real mode in the game, therefore you cannot perform a dedicated search for it. A club match - Is where everyone on YOUR team is in the same club, and everyone on the opposing team is in the same club (separate club; their own)
Your team setup is easy. Just fire up a second controller and an alt account and get them both in the same club. There are plenty of solutions on how to do this, but if you need me to explain I can. Once they're both in the same club, you need to get them both in a party, so you'll be in split screen with it once you get into a match.
You used to be able to reliably boost this, but now it seems it is changed in an update. I tried for many many hours with multiple people to match up, and unless one of us were doing something incorrectly, it would never pair us up. (even on South Africa or Middle East) It just sat on the searching screen for 15 or 20 minutes and didn't give me a match, despite how we were both searching with same settings. Could be the level difference now, or other factors. If you can boost, it will be very difficult to find the perfect person to do it with.
So, that leaves you with the option to do it by yourself. I tried for hours again popping in and out of casual matches and got absolutely no luck. On rare occasions I would get one of the opposing members in a club. However, when I switched to competitive, I got a club match within three games. Not sure if this is a coincidence. Exorr says this may be because the game wants to match clubs against each other whenever possible in a competitive match. However, you will have to wait 5 minutes to queue up for another match if doing competitive. (Which is strongly recommended)
Once you're in a club match, you will need to periodically, (every 7 or 8 seconds) move your second account's controller or slam into him with your own car. You can get disconnected for inactivity and you do not want this to happen once you get a club match!
You shouldn't have too much trouble scoring a goal in the five minute game.
My recommendation to unlocking this trophy is hitting up your friend and asking them to either join your created club or theirs, make sure to only do doubles as there is a higher chance of meeting up with another club. If you manage to get in a match with the other team as a club then score a goal and you will unlock this trophy.
This cannot be done in tournament mode. The easiest method is to have a second controller (or a partner) and join casual doubles matches. In order for this to work, both teams must be in a club. You can tell if the opposing team is in a club by their club tag in front of their gamertags on the scoreboard. If you don’t match up against a club team, just exit to main menu and search again.
This trophy cannot be earned in private matches. You have to select Play Online and play against an opposition team that is also made of the same club members. If you match against someone that isn't in a club then quit the match and search again. Once you find someone, do your best to score a goal. You'll get lucky eventually if you keep at it! The trophy will pop instantly and you can quit the match if you wish, unless you're working towards People Person. This must be done with clubmates against other clubmates for the trophy to pop.
Alternatively, you can try and boost this with a single friend as long as you both have second controllers and alternate accounts, or a group of four people. Your friend will need to create their own club and you both want to search for a 2v2 casual match in a quieter region, such as Oceania or East Asia. With any luck, you'll match against each other, score a goal each and be done.
Personally, you're best off going for this whilst playing the ten online matches for People Person.
From what I have found so far, this will only work in a standard Soccar match and not any of the others (like Hoops, for example), nor will it work using splitscreen.
First, we invite the second one to the club, then we enter the game from the second account, accept the invitation , then we create a party and play.
